Bio: Galen Marek was born in 19 BBY to ex-Jedi Kento and Mallie Marek. For his first year of life, he lived with his parents on the Wookie homeworld of Kashyyyk. Sometime in 18 BBY, an Imperial Force lead by Darth Vader raided the jungle planet, strumbling upon the Marek's hut and slaying Kento. A young Galen came out of hiding, using the Force to take the Sith Lord's lightsaber right out of his hands. Vader sensed the boy's potential and killed two of his stormtroopers before they could fire on the boy. The Dark Lord returned with the boy and began his training.
Over the years, Galen grew up and became powerful in his useage of the Force, finally becoming Vader's Secret Apprentice and assassin known as "Starkiller". Vader had sent the boy across the galaxy to hunt down remaining Jedi and Rebels alike. Marek's useage wasn't without consequences, as Imperial spies had found Starkiller, the Emperor himself demand the Assassin's demise. This became Vader's first betrayal of his apprentice.
Six months later, Galen awoke from a coma, not truly dead and with a new proposition by his master: Continue his service as an assassin or die. The boy accepts the offer to live, albeit begrudgingly. The Secret Apprentice kept on performing the duties he always served to the Empire, but with uncertainty clouding his heart and mind. He soon gathered individuals together who had no loyalty to the Empire, in hopes of fulfilling his and his master's plan to overthrow the Emperor.
Vader would betray his Apprentice yet again, attacking this infant Rebellion on Corellia. The Dark Lord had lied to Starkiller from first inception, making the whole life of his apprentice a lie. Starkiller, now reclaiming his birth name of Galen Marek, escapes his former master's attack. With the Rebel leaders captured by Vader, the new, Jedi Galen makes an attempt to rescue his allies. The resulting battle would either have the rebellion stay alive or have it destroyed...
Light Side Ending: Galen dispatches both Vader and the Emperor in combat. He is about ready to kill Palpatine before Rahm Kota comes in and reminds him of the dark side's seed within hatred. Galen disengages, but not before the Emperor barages the Jedi with Force Lightning, the secret apprentice take the damage head on. This gives Kota and the rest of the Rebels to flee, and in a blast of energy, Galen Marek becomes the first matyr for the Rebel Alliance. His family crest is later used for the "Rebel Starbird".
Dark Side Ending: Marek kills Vader with ease, being pushed farther into the darkness by the Emperor. Marek as one last test: Kill General Rahm Kota. Instead, the fallen Jedi pulls his lightsaber on the Sith Lord himself. This proves fatal, as the withered tyrant overpowers him and fatally injures him by bringing a small starship ontop of him. Starkiller wakes up as a relfection of his former master, Vader....a slave to the Empire trapped inside a piece of armor that keeps him alive.
